"Inhaling deeply, I bring a sense of calm to both my body and mind. As I exhale slowly, a gentle smile emerges. Anchored in the present moment, I acknowledge its singularity." - Thich Nhat Hanh
Greetings! I'm Jummy, a licensed professional counselor with authorization to practice in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. My specialization lies in addressing Perinatal Depression/Anxiety Disorders. My dedication revolves around the transformation of lives, particularly within communities of color, with a strong focus on women. My mission involves providing a secure sanctuary for women, fostering their self-assurance and preparedness.
Following the birth of my daughter in 2018, a blend of passion and frustration ignited the birth of Relinquish and Transcend Counseling in 2019. This platform was carefully crafted to offer a secure, empathetic, and confidential space tailored to the needs of the black community, placing special emphasis on women. My objective is to champion women, empowering them to become their own advocates and rewrite their life stories.
The solutions you seek are already intrinsic to you; my role is to assist in their revelation by imparting skills and techniques that reignite your inherent creativity and intuition. This guidance is supported by validation and encouragement. Utilizing diverse methodologies, I will offer fresh perspectives on challenging issues. Together, we'll collaboratively devise a personalized wellness regimen designed to cultivate greater gratitude in your life. Embracing empathy and abstaining from judgment, my holistic approach integrates mindfulness training to supplant ineffective coping mechanisms.
I possess advanced expertise as a Clinician at the Mastered Level, accumulating more than a decade of experience in offering assistance to adolescents, teenagers, young adults, parents, veterans, and seniors across a wide array of environments. Those encountering challenges related to stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, stress management, grief and loss, relationships, parenting, or addiction can gain substantial advantages from therapeutic intervention.
My primary objective revolves around dedicating myself to the treatment, objectives, and progress of my clients, achieved through the establishment of a secure setting where they can express themselves and evolve.
My approach commences with an acknowledgment of clients' mental, emotional, and developmental positions. I collaborate with clients to pinpoint and address issues, establish and attain goals, and facilitate healing from previous trauma, addiction, and related concerns. I extend my support in navigating emotions, cultivating effective coping strategies, and enhancing overall emotional well-being.
I am unwaveringly committed to crafting a secure environment, even through remote means such as teletherapy, enabling clients to engage in therapeutic sessions from the familiarity of their own residences. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to guide you on your journey towards personal growth and enduring transformation.
I am a Master’s Level Clinician with a specialty concentration in trauma-focused therapy. I am also a Certified Anger Management Specialist - I (CAMS I) through the National Anger Management Association (NAMA). I utilize evidence-based practices to implement personalized treatment for my clients. Therapy is not one size fits all which is why I integrate several specialties including humanistic, CBT, and solution-focused techniques. Solution-focused therapy can help you address your concerns by creating a future that is goal-directed and solution oriented. My hope is to support you in navigating your current challenges and developing a future that you desire. In my experience, I have worked with children, adjudicated adolescents, and young adults to navigate difficult transitions and address presenting issues. I also have experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD), as well as individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. I enjoy helping clients become more self-aware and develop new healthy ways to creatively cope. I believe that everyone's process is different, so I offer support to my clients that is tailored to their needs. Together we can find ways to become the healthier you that you desire.
“In everything you do, be encouraged”

I am Nashonne Watson, a Masters level Clinician with 11 years experience. My approach to counseling focuses on building a strong helping relationship by creating a safe space for you to grow, learn, and heal. One of my specialties is helping people to get unstuck and gain clarity to move forward with life. I currently treat depression, anxiety, work/life balance, relationship stress, marital conflict, grief and loss, and unresolved trauma.
“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.”
I am Jeremy Turner, a Masters Level Clinician with over 11 years of experience. My experience includes direct clinical services to adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents. I have provided psychotherapy and other therapeutic services to individuals who suffer from chronic mental illness, trauma, anxiety, depression, and a wide variety of other psychological disorders. I am dedicated to helping clients manage mental illness and emotional disturbances that disrupts ones thought process, daily functioning or hinders self-care. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to express themselves freely and feel supported while on their journey. Working together with clients to identify triggers, distorted thinking and unresolved life conflicts are some of the things we will explore to help increase self-awareness and support a more positive, healthier lifestyle.
As a therapist, I am committed to working with you on developing a plan that is tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.
Your story is your own, and you have the power to overcome obstacles and remove barriers that are preventing you from being the best version of yourself.
