No Surprises Act

YOUR RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS AGAINST SURPRISE MEDICAL BILLS

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, we are required to notify all healthcare consumers of your Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing” and availability of a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for behavioral health services. Please talk to your provider for more information or to request a GFE.

Relinquish and Transcend Counseling is permitted to practice in several states via the Counseling Compact.

Telehealth Services

 Welcome! Relinquish and Transcend Counseling + Consulting is excited to offer online mental health counseling services! 


RTCC offers a secure, web based, video chat service where you can hold online therapy sessions with a therapist. Due to COVID-19 all of our sessions are conducted via telehealth (audio/video) sessions.


Telehealth at RTCC means that we provide health care services through the use of interactive audio and video technology, permitting real-time communication between the patient at the originating site and the provider, for the purpose of diagnosis, consultation, or treatment.
