 My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths.  I am committed to supporting women and families by providing direct support, building communities, offering training and consultation to therapists, perinatal providers and medical professionals. My practice is designed to be a neutral safe space.

 I rely on elements of CBT and mindfulness, and counsel from a person-centered and strength-based perspective. When working with families, I use the family systems-based approach. I am able to assist clients in exploring the past, creating peace in the present, and maintaining consistency for the future. I also work eclectically to suit the needs of each individual.

 I am a wife, mother and friend. In my free time, I love spending quality time with my family, antique shopping, discovering new restaurants around the area, and traveling while exploring different cultures.
